This week, I learned a lot from you about how you menu plan. Some of you pick out a bunch of meals for the week that you know you have all the ingredients for and then select a meal each night. Others of you plan a dinner on a specific day. Some of you even plan all three meals and snacks. Either way, I heard that you love menu planning because it saves you time and money. I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about what's working in your kitchen. Thanks.
Here's what we ate last week:
Spinach Chicken Mushroom Quiche
{new}
Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Copy-Cat Olive Garden Minestrone Soup

Homemade Pizza
This week, we have some exciting things coming up. First, you have a chance to win some books all about kitchen organizing, and second, we'll be celebrating my birthday this week. I have a fun opportunity for you that I'm really excited about. Finally, since Valentine's Day is just around the corner, we'll be talking how to make romantic meals at home this year.
