Menu Plan - June 5


Last week, my sister started her job as a nurse, so she stayed with us for the week.  Feeding three for the week was a fun change!  We enjoyed:

For some menu inspiration, I was browsing our old menus from this time last year.  As I did, I was reminded that one year ago this very week we put an offer in on our house!  Crazy how time flies.

Monday and Tuesday are going to be HOT - forecasted highs above 90!  So, we'll make our baked veggie sandwiches and sweet potato baked oatmeal in the toaster oven and the sweet potato fries on the grill, and I have frozen pre-made sloppy joe buns all ready for us too.
