Menu Plan - Nov. 15

And, we're back.

We had a delightful time celebrating both Thanksgiving and Christmas with my family over the past few days. We were blessed with fun times playing games and doing lots of yummy baking! It was a lot of fun to cook in my mom's wonderful kitchen with both her and my sister.

This week we're hoping to have a girl's night... and we have our favorite event of the year... the Grad IV Thanksgiving! The grad chapter of InterVarsity on our campus hosts a Thanksgiving for international students to celebrate and share in Thanksgiving. It's always a wonderful treat to share in a truly international Thanksgiving, as the very first Thanksgiving was too.

I'm still a bit discombobulated from traveling and trying to get ready for the week... so while I get settled, I'll tempt you with some yummy photos of the goodies I'll be posting about over the next week or so:

Nut-Free Chex Mix

Light Hawaiian Banana Bread

Crockpot Squash

Mom's Wild Rice Stuffing

Sweet Potato Pie
(with a gingersnap crust)
