One of our favorite breakfasts around here is Baked Oatmeal. 
After seeing Stacy's version of berry baked oatmeal, I decided to throw some berries into our version of baked oatmeal.  We greatly enjoyed a yummy, filling breakfast. 
Yes... that is a dirty plate.  What can I say -- it was so good I had a second piece after church ;-) 
Berry Baked Oatmeal - Finding Joy in My Kitchen
{Print Recipe}
1/2 C applesauce
1/2 C brown sugar {or 1/3 C honey}
1 egg
3 C oats (quick-cooking)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 C milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 C frozen berries (or fresh)
Combine the dry ingredients together in a bowl and stir well. 
Add in the milk, vanilla, egg and applesauce. 
Stir until moistened.
Then, gently stir in the berries.  
Pour into a lightly greased 8x8 inch glass baking dish.  
Bake at 350 for 40ish minutes, until center is set.  
Serve warm.
