Sorry for not posting a recipe today... I have some great ones to come, in my series "From My Mom's Kitchen", but today was just too busy.
After spending a week and a half in the frozen tundra, we have safely returned to a beautiful winter wonderland! The timing was perfect ... we didn't have to deal with the snow when it fell, and just now get to enjoy it (after the roads are cleaned up)!
