Oatmeal Raisin Granola Bars

Chewy Fruit and Oatmeal Bars - Quaker Oats3/4 C brown sugar1/2 C sugar8 oz plain vanilla yogurt (fat-free)2 egg whites, beaten2 T skim milk2 T oil2 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 C flour1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. cinnamondash salt3 C oatmeal1 C raisinsHeat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine sugars, yogurt, egg whites, oil, milk, and vanilla and mix well.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, soda, cinnamon and a dash of salt; mix well. Add to yogurt mixture.
Then add oatmeal and fruit. Pour into an ungreased 9x13 pan.
Bake for 28-32 minutes, or until light golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into bars. Store in a air-tight container.
We liked these a lot, but they were quite cake-like. I might decrease the baking soda a bit to see if that helps next time.
