Italian Grilled Chicken





Italian Grilled Chicken - Adapted from a Crisco recipe in the local paper

3 T extra virgin olive oil

1 T lemon juice

1 T Italian seasonings

1-2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1 tsp. garlic powder/salt)

1/4 tsp. pepper

4 chicken breasts



Heat grill pan over medium heat. Combine all ingredients except chicken, in a microwavable bowl.







Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds - 1 minute. Stir.







Dip chicken into the mix and coat evenly.







Place in the hot pan and cook for 6-8 minutes per side until chicken is 165 degrees and juices run clear.







Allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving. You may also grill these for 6-8 minutes per side.
