Deviled Eggs

An Easter tradition that I learned how to make this year!





Deviled Eggs - Mom

6 eggs, hard boiled
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
3 T mayonnaise
A few drops of vinegar
A dash of sugar


Peel eggs, and cut in half, removing the yolks and placing them in a medium sized bowl.


Combine yolks with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar and sugar and mix well.


Carefully fill eggs...


And, sprinkle with paprika!
